The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) seeks advice from parties outside the organization. The SNIA Advisory site provides a web home for those advisory groups. Current groups are:

SNIA End User Council

The EUC was created by end users for end users to share ideas, address management challenges and advance development of storage solutions that deliver business value.  All end users of storage networking solutions not involved with the sales, marketing, engineering, or manufacturing of storage networking products are invited to join!

EUC membership has now transitioned to membership in StorTOC, our new community forum and initiative.  It is open complimentary to storage end users so sign up now!    We're waiting for your input!

 Join EUC members at a monthly general meeting on the first Thursday of each month from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The 2009 calendar spotlights guest speakers from leading industries discussing key topics of interest to IT professionals.  All EUC members are welcome. Dial-in information is available from the StorTOC portal. If you are not a member and want to join the call, send an email to euc-chair@advisorygroups.snia.org

The Data Management Forum invites all parties interested in new storage technologies for data management to join this forum. The purpose of this forum is to build a unique, cooperative initiative that is highly focused on IT, one dedicated to defining, building, and expanding the new enhanced backup and enhanced data protection industry.
